PROGRAM
Years ago, our speaker heard someone say that no more than three emotions were allowed in her family. Her parents acknowledged only happy, sad, and angry. In this family, anger was not tolerated and sadness was ignored. So, for her life, she decided she might as well be happy.
We know that happy, sad, and angry don’t begin to label all the feelings out there. This program will explore the variety of emotions that we feel on a regular basis. You will learn where in our bodies we store some of those feelings. Also insights into how we can explore our feelings will be revealed.
