RSVPs are due by noon on the Monday prior to each meeting as online registration automatically closes at that time. Discover the Miracle of Journaling

PROGRAM
Perhaps you have tried journaling in the past or you already journal every day. Carolyn Gray will explain what more the powerful tool of journaling can deliver. You may even have a blank book already on your shelf, or one where you’ve made a false start. This is the information you’ve been waiting for in your life.Come for motivation and learn how inspirational quotes can trigger your writing. You’ll find help on how to, and why you, should develop the habit of journaling. The benefits are tremendous.Carolyn will also share her personal path on how she found the positive side of grief and sadness through the miracle of journaling.

You’ll be introduced to a 365-day journey of journaling that can do so much to unpack emotional pain, find gratitude, and reveal more about your inner self.

SPEAKER

Carolyn Gray is a personal development strategist and accountability coach. She is a former human resources manager with more than 30 years’ experience in human resources, leadership, management, employee relations, personal development, and training. Her expertise is in building personal and professional relationships. In 2006, Carolyn established Zircon Consulting, a boutique consulting and training firm in Spring, TX.

She is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Personality Trainer, Etiquette Consultant, and Distinguished Toastmaster. She has a bachelor’s degree in human resources.

Carolyn is a board member of The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce; former Diversity and Inclusion Council Team Leader, The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce; and VP Human Resources, Women on a Mission to Earn Commission (WOAMTEC). She also serves as The Woodlands and Advisory board member; and is a member of Services Cooperative Association’s Women’s Business Center, Houston.

Carolyn has been recognized as a Montgomery County Women’s Council of Organizations Women of Distinction by Montgomery County Association of Business Women (MCABW) (2016), Breast Cancer Charities of America (2017), and Women Inspiring Supporting Entrepreneurs (WISE) (2019).

She is the author of Network Etiquette: Dazzle Don’t Frazzle and is internationally recognized for her books: All About ME* (*Manners and Etiquette) and 365 Days of Gratitude: There Is Always Something to Be Grateful For.

Carolyn enjoys golfing, reading, volunteering, and traveling. She is married and has one son, a daughter and son-in-love, and two grandsons.
