Change goes on all around us every day, and throughout our lifetime. Sometimes change happens in ways we were not anticipating—losing a job, losing a loved one, friends moving away. Other times change happens as we purposefully decide to make a change—starting a positive habit, ending a negative habit. Some change happens quickly—a major appliance breaks down and must be replaced, adjusting to a new job. Sneaking up on us is another quality of change—where did the time go? Whatever the change, it can often have a big impact on our overall mental health. Come learn how can we better cope with change.
