She was Interim CEO and CFO of Power3 Medical Products\, Inc.\, a publicly-traded biotechnology company\, where she spearheaded the development of a significant portfolio of intellectual property while growing the company’s market capitalization from $3M to $53M. Helen also founded Bronco Technology\, Inc. (DBA Biotec Concierge and Vita Scan)\, and was its CEO. She is also the former CEO and Chairman of the Board of Advanced Bio/Chem\, Inc. (DBA ProtēEx). Earlier in her career\, Helen spent two decades as a cancer research scientist in pharmacology at Baylor Medical College and diagnostic test development at the UTMD Anderson Cancer Center where she invented a blood test. She also taught chemistry at Sam Houston State University for three years. Helen has authored over 30 peer-reviewed scientific publications and is an inventor on numerous patent applications. She served on several boards of scientific\, charitable\, and civic organizations and has won numerous honors throughout her career\, including Business and Professional Woman of the Year. Helen received a B.S. in Chemistry Biology from Sam Houston State University and a M.S. in Biochemistry from Baylor University College of Medicine. She currently volunteers with the Houston Alzheimer’s Association. \n\n\n\n\n
